WorkspaceCopilot.tsx presents the same scoped conversation as a persistent right sidebar, including staging and selected entity/app references. useCopilotDock owns scoped visibility. copilot-navigation admits only current-rights native destinations; the server independently checks domain/PII rights and owning-tenant records. Opening help or selecting a question starter does not call a model; merchant submission and approval remain explicit.

Verification

Run npm run build, npm test, npm run test:coverage and npm run architecture from frontend/. Coverage includes untested source files; a module in this folder is not automatically fully tested. See the root testing guide for backend integration and coverage limits.
